"There are attempts and accomplishments. History only praises the accomplishments."
This is what a Camasi, Legos Atla, tells his master, Janos Idanian, to help him find himself. Idanian is really Coran Horn, a Corellian pilot in Rogue Squadron who has gone underground with an assumed name to find his wife, Mirax. Mirrax had gone on a secret mission to try to locate the Invid Pirates for NRI. She felt that by locating them, she could help Rogue Squadron put a stop to the raids. Mirrax gets captured and Coran knows it when it happens due to his connection to her. When he goes seeking aid, Luke Skywalker, starting up his Jedi Academy, tells him he would be a good candidate to join and that learning the ways of the force will help him by strengthening his ties to his wife through The Force. Is he right or wrong? It remains to be seen.

I have read this book numerous times. I have enjoyed it every single time that I have read it. Anthony Hields brings the characters to life. His narration is perfect and bang-on all the way.
